Delivery Costs:

Within Australia

A Sprinkle of Magic offers a flat rate of $9.95 Australia-wide and FREE Australia-wide shipping on orders over $150. Delivery options can be selected during the check-out process.


We use Australia Posts eParcel system to despatch all our Australian orders which usually takes between 2-5 working days to reach their destination. The eParcel system offers security and reliability as each consignment carries a barcode, which is scanned during the delivery process. (Delivery status information can be viewed at Upon delivery, a signature is obtained - if no one is at the delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising that the parcel can be collected from the nearest post office.

Express Delivery (via eParcel Express):

If you require your parcel to be sent urgently, Express Post can be arranged with a charge of $12.95 (up to 3kgs). If your parcel is more than 3kgs there will be an additional charge (however we will contact you of this before sending).

As A Sprinkle of Magic is based in regional Australia we are located outside the Express Post network, so the earliest parcels can be delivered using Express Post is two business days.

We endeavor to have your orders packed and shipped within 48hours of receiving your order however depending whether stock is available at the time of orders being placed may mean a delay in shipping. An email will be sent to you informing you, if this occurs.

Please note that all care is taken in packaging your order securely, however we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage during delivery. Using eParcel means that you will need to sign for your parcel on delivery. If you are not home to collect your parcel an Australian Post missed you card will be left and you will need to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.  If you would like your order left in a designated spot at the delivery address, please specify details on your order. Please note that A Sprinkle of Magic will not be held liable for any loss, damage or parcel not being received if you have given authority to leave your parcel.  


We ship worldwide, however postage prices will vary between different countries. If you would like us to ship an item to you overseas, please contact us prior to placing your order for a postage quote.

Note: free shipping for orders over $150 applies only to orders shipped within Australia.

Pick Up

Roxby Downs, Andamooka and Woomera residents are able to select free pick-up of their orders by selecting this option during check out. Customers who have selected free pick-up are able to collect their orders from A Sprinkle of Magic by contacting us to arrange a time.


We want you to be totally happy with any purchases that you make at A Sprinkle of Magic. We will therefore accept or exchange returns for store credit within 7 days of you receiving the goods. All we ask is that goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and returned within 14 days or dispatch from our store. Customers requesting an exchange or store credit should contact A Sprinkle of Magic for a returns acceptance number prior to agreement for any returns to take place. Please note that delivery costs are not refundable.

Apart from receiving damaged goods, all items returned must be at your expense using a registered service (Express Post or Registered Mal).  Please keep the appropriate proof of return otherwise if the item goes missing in transit, you will be held accountable for the loss. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure they are not damaged during return transit.  Please contact A Sprinkle of Magic for the address for returned items to be sent to.

If you would like to exchange your goods for other products, please include a self-addressed satchel for the exchanged goods to be shipped. 

A store credit for the purchase price of the good/s only will be issued for items returned due to change of mind. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees (including return postage) via the original method of payment once the items have been received and fault approved.
